Shine with our Crystal Camera Lens! The perfect way to keep your iPhone camera beautiful and protected. These scratch-resistant lenses cover the entire camera and add a touch of crystal shine.

How to apply:
1. Clean the iPhone lens with a soft cloth
2. Remove the sticker and apply it to the camera lens
3. Gently press the cap onto the lens to secure it in place

Note: Protective lenses will not affect the quality of the photo or video. The tempered crystalline glass is compatible with flash, is low-light, and does not fog up. 3M adhesive is not permanent and protective lenses can be removed at any time. DO NOT use alternative glues or adhesives.

Shipping

Shipping time varies depending on the geographic location of the destination. In addition to travel time, production time must also be considered.

Each item is made to order and normally takes between 2 to 5 working days to create and ship the item, with delivery times being as follows:

Portugal, United Kingdom: Shipping within 2 - 6 working days

USA: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days

Europe, Canada and Asia: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days

Rest of the world: Shipping within 5 - 15 business days

Shipping times are approximate and depend on country location, carriers and customs practices.
Although we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are made within the deadlines indicated, we cannot 100% guarantee the deadlines indicated above.

Returns

As all personalized items are unique and exclusively created for each customer, we only accept returns that comply with our guarantee.

• I received a message that my order was shipped, but I still haven't received it. What do I do?

Delivery time is 15 working days. If you do not receive the order within this period, contact our customer service (suporte@capasacessorios.pt) to explain what happened, so that we can verify the situation and apply the solution for your case.

 

• I changed my phone, can I change the case I ordered?

If this happens, please notify our customer service (suporte@capasacessorios.pt) identifying yourself and explaining what happened, so that we can check the situation and get the best solution for your case.

 

• I received a damaged or wrong item? What to do?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our support service (suporte@capasacessorios.pt) to explain what happened, so that we can check the situation and apply the solution for your case.

 

• I ordered several items but only received one. And now?

Do not worry. If you placed an order and only received one of the items, please wait patiently for the remaining items that you will receive shortly. We use this separate shipping method so that the customer receives the products as quickly as possible.
