Our frames and sign bases are made from wood. The plates are produced in crystal acrylic to guarantee their best resistance and durability.
Prints on crystal acrylic are made directly to achieve the best result with the best print quality.

Note: It is important to note that there may be a color difference of 5% to 10% between the original and the printed version. This is due to natural variations in the printing process.

Shipping

Shipping time varies depending on the geographic location of the destination. In addition to travel time, production time must also be considered.

Each item is made to order and normally takes between 2 to 5 working days to create and ship the item, with delivery times being as follows:

Portugal, United Kingdom: Shipping within 2 - 6 working days

USA: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days

Europe, Canada and Asia: Shipping within 5 - 10 business days

Rest of the world: Shipping within 10 - 20 business days

Shipping times are approximate and depend on country location, carriers and customs practices.
Although we do our best to ensure that production and deliveries are made within the deadlines indicated, we cannot 100% guarantee the deadlines indicated above.

Returns

As all personalized items are unique and exclusively created for each customer, we only accept returns that comply with our guarantee.

All customized Capas & Acessórios products are protected by a 12-month warranty.

If your personalization does not correspond to what is indicated, we will send a new item or refund the full amount.
